The Sandpiper Resort offers a wonderful experience with beautiful views, clean and comfortable accommodations, and helpful staff. However, some road construction nearby was a minor inconvenience, and previous guests mentioned issues with aging facilities and maintenance. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing getaway in Fort Myers.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel, especially enjoying the roomy accommodations and the direct access to the beautiful beach. The kitchenette was a huge plus for our family, allowing us to cook meals and save money. However, the challenge with poolside seating and the construction in front of the hotel detracted a bit from the overall comfort. Still, I would definitely consider returning for another stay.
